PFS is the ferry operator of choice among corporate and government customers travelling between Singapore and the Indonesian Riau Islands of Batam, Bintan and Karimun. The company’s history dates back to the origins of Penguin when it was run as a sole proprietorship in 1972.

Their fleet of modern high-speed ferries is well maintained and professionally manned.

PMOS is the chartering and overseas projects arm of the Penguin Group. PMOS specializes in operating various vessels on Time Charter and Bareboat Charter with governments and corporations.

The company also runs full international ship management division with a fleet of over 50 vessels and a multi-disciplinary staff comprising Singaporeans, Malaysians, Filipinos and Indonesians.

PSI builds and repairs high-speed commercial vessels, including ferries, crewboats, cargo vessels and patrol craft. An aluminium shipbuilder with a track record that dates back to 1995, PSI has also started to build steel vessels for established ship owners.

POS was established in 1997 as an owner-operator of Fast Supply Intervention Vessels (FSIV) to provide high speed transportation of crew and cargo for the offshore oil and gas industry in Southeast Asia. They built their first FSIV in 2000 in partnership with Penguin Shipyard.

Marlin Industrial Services (MIS)

MIS is the latest addition to the Penguin family. Founded in 2006 as a specialty-scaffolding contractor, the company targets key construction and maintenance projects in the petroleum, power, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industrials.
